Water Heater Services in Singapore
No hot water, temperatures that will not hold steady, or a heater that is leaking.

Common water heater problems
Water heater faults usually show up as a change in the water itself. It stops heating, it heats inconsistently, it runs out sooner than it used to, or the temperature swings between too hot and not hot enough.
- No hot water at all from one or more outlets
- Water that runs hot for a short time and then turns cold
- Temperature that fluctuates noticeably during a shower
- Water pooling beneath the unit or dampness around its connections
- Visible corrosion, scale buildup, or discolouration on the unit
- Rust-coloured or cloudy water from hot taps only
- Unusual noises from the unit when it is running
- The unit switching off, tripping, or failing to restart
What the visit may involve
Some faults are internal to the unit and some sit with the supply, the wiring, or the connections around it. Establishing which is the first step, because it determines whether the unit can be repaired and what the work involves.
- Assessing whether the fault is in the unit, its connections, or its supply
- Attending to accessible connections, valves, and fittings around the unit
- Replacing a unit that can no longer be repaired
- Installing a replacement unit and confirming it operates correctly
- Advising on the type and capacity of unit suited to the property
- Attending to dripping or leaking connections at the heater
What to know
- Electrical and gas work must be carried out by an appropriately qualified professional. We do not encourage anyone to open, bypass, or repair a heater's electrical or gas components themselves.
- Whether a unit can be repaired or needs replacement is determined after it has been assessed. We do not commit to an outcome in advance.
- We do not publish a list of supported brands or models, and we do not claim manufacturer authorisation.
- Water heater installations may be subject to building or management requirements depending on the property.

Water Heater Services questions
Is a water heater fault dangerous?
It can be, particularly where electricity or gas is involved. If you notice a burning smell, sparking, scorching, or a gas odour, stop using the unit, isolate its supply if you can do so safely, and treat it as urgent. Do not open the unit yourself.
Can a heater that stopped working be repaired?
Sometimes. It depends on what has failed and whether a compatible replacement component is available. Where it cannot be repaired, the practical option is replacement, and we will say so rather than proposing a repair that will not last.
What should I do while waiting for someone to attend?
If the unit is leaking, isolate the water supply to it and move anything beneath it out of the way. If there is any sign of an electrical or gas fault, stop using the unit and keep away from it. Never attempt to open or repair the unit yourself.
Do you install new water heaters?
Yes. Tell us your property type and where the unit sits, and we can discuss what the installation involves and confirm the details before any work begins.
