What the enquiry form collects

The form asks for five things, and only these are collected:

• Your name, so a reply can be addressed to you.
• A phone number, so the team can discuss the problem.
• The service category, so the enquiry reaches the right work.
• A postal code or neighbourhood, to confirm availability.
• A description of the problem.

What happens to a submission

The form is not connected to a mailbox yet. Submitting it does not send the enquiry anywhere and does not store it. The form says so plainly rather than showing a success message, so nobody waits for a reply that would never come.

Once a destination is connected, the server will validate the details and forward them, and a success message will appear only after that destination accepts the submission.

Spam protection

The form includes a hidden field that people do not see and do not fill in, and it records how long the form was on screen before it was submitted. Both are used only to filter automated submissions. No third-party CAPTCHA is loaded.

Analytics, cookies and tracking

No analytics, advertising or tracking service is loaded on this site. No third-party scripts run on any page, and no cookie is set for tracking.

Third parties

Photographs and the video are stock files served from this site. The typeface is served from this site. No third-party service receives personal information from this website.

How long information is kept

While the form is not connected, nothing is received and nothing is retained. Once a destination is connected, enquiries will be kept only as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of work carried out.

Your rights

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act you may ask for access to the personal data held about you, request that it be corrected, or withdraw consent to its use. Write to [email protected].

Changes to this policy

This policy is revised whenever the way the site handles information changes, for example when the enquiry destination changes. The contact page is the place to ask about anything here.
