Toilet Repair Services in Singapore
A toilet that keeps running, flushes weakly, leaks at the base, or will not flush at all.

Common toilet problems
A toilet is one of the few fixtures in a property that is used constantly, so a fault tends to become obvious quickly. Continuous running, a weak flush, water pooling at the base, or a bowl that refills on its own are all signs that something inside the mechanism or its connections has worn.
- The cistern keeps running, or you can hear it refilling when nobody has used it
- The flush is weak, partial, or has to be pressed several times
- The handle or button feels loose, stuck, or does not return
- Water appears around the base of the toilet
- The bowl fills slowly, or does not refill at all
- The toilet rocks or shifts slightly when used
- A persistent smell around the base or behind the bowl
- Water is visibly trickling inside the bowl when the toilet is not in use
What the visit may involve
Most toilet faults are confined to the cistern internals, the seals between the cistern and bowl, or the connection to the water supply. These are usually serviceable without replacing the whole unit.
- Replacing worn cistern internals such as fill valves and flush mechanisms
- Attending to flush buttons, handles, and their linkages
- Resealing the joint between the cistern and the bowl
- Replacing the pan connector or seal at the base where accessible
- Attending to the water supply connection and isolation valve
- Replacing seat, hinges, and other worn fittings
- Advising on replacement where a repair is not viable
What to know
- A crack in the ceramic itself cannot be repaired. A cracked pan or cistern needs to be replaced.
- Replacement components depend on what is compatible with the existing model and on parts availability.
- We do not publish a list of supported brands or models, because compatibility is confirmed against the actual unit.
- A recurring blockage behind the toilet is a drainage problem rather than a toilet fault, and is dealt with as such.
What to tell us
Describe what the toilet is doing and whether the fault is constant or occasional, and we can discuss what the visit is likely to involve.
- Whether the problem is constant or only happens sometimes
- Whether the toilet still flushes, and whether the bowl empties
- Whether water is appearing on the floor or around the base
- Whether the cistern refills on its own without being used
- Whether there is more than one toilet in the property, and if others are affected
- A number to call back on, in case the line drops.

Toilet Repair questions
My toilet runs continuously. Is that serious?
It usually means a cistern component is no longer sealing. It is worth addressing because it wastes water continuously and the sound often gets worse rather than settling.
Can you replace just the internal parts?
That is often what is needed. Whether a part can be replaced on its own depends on the mechanism and on finding a compatible component for your unit.
The toilet is cracked. Can it be sealed?
No. A crack in the ceramic is not something that can be repaired reliably, so the affected component needs to be replaced.
What if the problem is actually a blocked drain?
A bowl that fills and then drains away slowly, or backs up when other fixtures are used, points to a drainage problem rather than a fault in the toilet itself. Mention that when you contact us so the visit can be planned accordingly.
