Pipe Installation Services in Singapore
New pipe runs, relocating outlets, or replacing pipework that has aged or corroded.

When pipe installation is usually needed
Pipe installation usually comes up in one of three situations: a renovation where new fixtures need to be supplied, a fit-out where the plumbing layout has to change, or a replacement where existing pipework has corroded, scaled up, or failed repeatedly.
- Renovation work that adds, moves, or replaces fixtures
- Adding a new outlet, basin, sink, or appliance point
- Replacing pipework that has corroded, scaled, or discoloured
- Repeated leaks appearing at the same run of pipe
- Water pressure that drops noticeably along a particular run
- A change of use, such as converting a room into a kitchen or bathroom
- A commercial fit-out that requires a new plumbing layout
What the visit may involve
Because pipework is mostly out of sight, the planning matters as much as the installation. Where the runs go, what they can be connected to, and what needs to be opened up are all settled before work starts.
- Setting out new supply and waste runs for added fixtures
- Replacing aged or corroded sections of existing pipework
- Rerouting supply or waste pipework to suit a new layout
- Connecting new fixtures to existing supply and waste points
- Attending to isolation valves and accessible fittings on the new run
- Coordinating the plumbing sequence with other renovation trades
- Testing the completed work before it is closed up
What to know
- We do not claim regulatory approvals, certifications, or authority liaison. Where a building requires approval or a licensed contractor for particular work, that is confirmed with the relevant party.
- Work in HDB flats and condominiums can be subject to building management conditions, permitted hours, and restrictions on what may be altered. Those are the owner's to confirm, though we will flag what we know.
- Concealed pipework depends on access. Finished surfaces usually have to be opened up, and reinstating them is a separate scope of work.
- Materials and methods are chosen to suit the existing system and the intended use, and are confirmed as part of the scope.
What to tell us
Describe what you are planning and the state of the existing pipework, and we can discuss what is involved.
- What you are planning, and which fixtures or outlets are changing
- Whether this is part of a renovation, and what stage it has reached
- The age of the existing pipework, if you know it
- Whether there have been previous leaks along the same run
- Your property type, and any building management requirements you are aware of
- A number to call back on, in case the line drops.

Pipe Installation questions
When should pipework be replaced rather than repaired?
Repair tends to stop making sense once the same run has failed repeatedly, or when the pipe has corroded or scaled to the point that further sections are likely to follow. After inspection we will explain which option we think applies and why.
Can pipework be installed without major work to the walls?
That depends on the route available. Where there is an accessible path, disruption can be limited. Where the pipe has to travel through finished walls or flooring, those surfaces normally have to be opened up, and making them good again is a separate scope.
Do I need approval from my building management?
Often, yes, particularly for anything affecting shared risers or requiring work outside permitted hours. That approval sits with the owner, but tell us what you know and we can flag what the work is likely to involve.
Can you work alongside my renovation contractor?
Yes, and it usually helps to sequence the plumbing around the other trades. Share the renovation schedule when you make contact so the visit can be planned to suit.
