Does the price include the toilet bowl?
The price shown is for installation work. The unit and parts are confirmed before the visit, so the final charge reflects what is supplied.
Do you remove the old toilet?
Old-unit removal is agreed before the visit. Clearance and disposal are listed separately where they apply.
Can you change only the flushing system?
Yes. The flushing mechanism can be replaced without replacing the whole bowl, if the cistern and fittings allow it.
What if the existing piping needs changing?
That is a separate scope. We will explain what is visible and confirm the options before work begins.
